Sam Howell Is Upfront About Commanders’ Lack of Targets for Wide Receivers
The Washington Commanders are having trouble understanding the New York Giants.
The Giants defeated the Commanders for the second time this season despite being without their starting two quarterbacks.

Even down their main two quarterbacks, the Giants managed to get past the Commanders for the second time this season.
Needless to say, that included star wideouts Jahan Dotson and Terry McLaurin, both of whom have had a down year by their standards and expectations.

However, we also can’t overlook the fact that this team was just purchased, and the new owners will do everything in their power to bolster the roster during the offseason.
Howell and Ron Rivera have a long history together.
If this team doesn’t advance to the postseason or show any signs of improvement by the end of the season, Rivera may also be headed out, so he had better make the most of his quarterback while he still has it.
