Salisbury Armed Forces Day will return in June this year.
Salisbury’s Armed Forces Day event will return this year.
The annual event, organised by Salisbury City Council, will celebrate past and present members of the Armed Forces.
It will take place on Sunday, June 22, at Salisbury Market Place and Guildhall Square, from 10am to 4pm.
The day will feature a variety of free activities, including workshops, military displays and army charity stalls.
Street food and live music will also be available throughout the day.

The council is encouraging food and drink vendors, retail and charity stalls, activity or workshop stalls, and fair ride operators to participate in the event.
The event attracts many visitors and residents of Salisbury annually, providing a good opportunity for businesses to showcase themselves in the city centre.
Interested parties can apply to participate, with applications closing on Friday, May 9.

Maidstone loanee Pharrell Willis is hoping to show the talent that convinced Michael Carrick to give him a Championship debut as a teenager.
Willis was just 19 when Carrick, who’d recently succeeded Chris Wilder as Middlesbrough manager, named him on the bench for a game at Blackpool in November 2022.
He was introduced in the second half of Boro’s 3-0 win and by the end of the week had signed a new contract, having joined the Teesside club’s academy as a 16-year-old.
Willis, now 22, recalled his elevation to the first-team picture under Carrick, the former Manchester United, Spurs, West Ham and England midfielder.
