Mike Munchak is considering going back to work as a coach for the Titans.
During his appearance on 3HL today, former offensive lineman Zach Piller of the Tennessee Titans stated that Mike Munchak is eager to resume his coaching career and that he would love to return to Nashville. For the entirety of Piller’s time with the Titans, from 1999 to 2006, Muchak served as his offensive line coach.
Before he became the head coach of the Titans in 2011, Munchak was considered by many to be the best offensive line coach in the league. Many of the average players he transformed into elite players who signed lucrative free agent contracts.
Munchak became an offensive line coach for the Pittsburgh Steelers and Denver Broncos after being let go by the Titans. In 2021, he departed as an NFL coach. Whoever ends up being the new coach here ought to give him a call if he’s interested in returning to coaching

In 1982, Munchak was selected by the Houston Oilers. His entire career as a Hall of Fame player was spent in Houston. After ending his playing career in 1993, he became a coach for the Oilers in 1994.
