A look at the most recent Leeds United transfer rumours, including Jesse Marsch’s possible return to management.

On Tuesday, October 3, we take a look at the most recent Leeds United transfer rumours.

Jesse Marsch is one of the early betting favorites to take over at Rangers.

Former Leeds United manager Jesse Marsch is one of the early frontrunners to replace Michael Beale at Rangers. The US coach is 7/1 with Paddy Power to take over at Ibrox, with former Gers defender Kevin Muscat the betting favourite.

Marsch, a two-time Austrian Bundesliga champion with RB Salzburg before a brief stint with RB Leipzig, maintained Leeds in the top tier for the 2021/22 season. He was fired, however, following a bad season in 2022/23, which led in Leeds’ relegation to the Championship.

Former Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa is also on the bookmakers’ list to take over, although considering his recent move to Uruguay, he is a long shot.

Marc Roca, a Leeds United midfielder, says he is quite happy at Real Betis after joining the La Liga club in the summer. The 26-year-old told Onda Cero’s Radioestadio that he was already comfortable at the club.

“I’m overjoyed. “I’m having a good time [at Real Betis], I’m enjoying it,” he remarked. “We like to dream big, but we also know that we need to keep our feet on the ground.” The season is lengthy and strenuous.”

According to reports in Spain, Roca is aiming to make the move to the La Liga side permanent, despite just joining the Elland Road club a year ago.
