The NFL season of 2023 has been, to put it mildly, perplexing for Steelers supporters. The defense is strong; the offense is lacking! Kenny Pickett performs poorly in the first three quarters but excels in the fourth! It’s so tiring to go back and forth, snip snap, snip snap.
Though it has been somewhat less nauseating in recent weeks, the season has felt like the ultimate roller coaster. After all, on their last two opening drives, the offense has scored goals. Even though most people think the defense’s current rate of turnover production is unsustainable, it’s still effective.
