22-year-old Everton footballer receives a single-word note from Arnaut Danjuma that expresses his true feelings toward him.
Amadou Onana has Arnaut Danjuma’s support, he said.
During the international break, the Dutchman commended his Everton teammate in a comment on his most recent Instagram post.
Onana joined the Belgian national team this week in an effort to increase his total of six caps for his country. Azerbaijan will be the Red Devils’ opponent in today’s Euro 2024 qualifier, and on Tuesday night, they will host Estonia.
The midfielder has been updating followers with images of himself on international duty via Instagram. His most recent upload, with the caption “Preparing in a good mood,” showed off his training with his colleagues.
Danjuma replied to the post with the message “Leyenda,” which means “Legend” in Spanish.
After switching from Villarreal to Onana on a loan this summer, the Dutchman has obviously been close to Onana.
Following Everton’s 2-2 draw with Sheffield United, Danjuma already referred to his friend as “the best” on his social media sites.
They both started at Bramall Lane, and after Danjuma’s equalizer, they were seen performing the “cobra” celebration together.
The friendship between Arnaut Danjuma and Amadou Onana
The forward, who is not currently included in the Netherlands roster, is still at Finch Farm during the break. He will team up with Onana when he returns to play Arsenal the following weekend.
As Sean Dyche’s club cannot afford to wait for newcomers to adjust, Danjuma can only gain from forging a close bond with his teammate.
However, the 26-year-old’s prior experience in the Premier League undoubtedly benefits him, and Danjuma has already shown promise in his first few appearances for the team.
Onana, meanwhile, will be eager to continue the remarkable form from last season that garnered so much notice.
