Three players Everton and David Moyes should try to sign from the relegated Premier League teams..

The Friedkin Group are ready to invest heavily into David Moyes’ Everton squad this summer transfer window.

Finally, after four years, the Toffees are set to be free from their PSR restrictions, and so they’ll be able to spend much more freely this summer.

David Moyes has already been scouting a number of targets ahead of the window opening at the start of June, with the likes of Tom Fellows and Chris Rigg linked to Goodison Park.

Burnley’s Maxime Esteve is also being eyed by Moyes, who could be on the lookout for a Jarrad Branthwaite replacement.

Often, many of the relegated Premier League teams have a couple of really talented players who are made available for sale.

So, with that said, here are three players Everton should target.

Tyler Dibling
Southampton’s only real bright spark this season has been the emergence of Tyler Dibling.

Dibling made his full Premier League debut against Manchester United in September and he absolutely ripped them to shreds.

Everton will be in the market for a winger this summer and the 2006-born will certainly be an upgrade on their current options.

The only stumbling block will be his price tag, with Southampton reportedly demanding £100m. Indeed, he’ll likely be moved on for significantly less than that, though.

Boubakary Soumare
Leicester City have a few players who’d be brilliant acquisitions for Everton, however, Boubakary Soumare seems like one who’d be very attainable.

Soumare is a box-to-box midfielder who’s previously been compared to Paul Pogba when he was coming through at Lille.

The former France youth international has been a key fixture under Ruud van Nistelrooy and his performances have warranted a lot more than his side’s results.

Soumare looks every inch of the £21m Leicester paid for him in 2021, so if Everton can snatch his signature for around that fee, it’d be a clever addition.

Liam Delap
Whilst Ipswich Town haven’t officially been relegated, their fate is all but sealed as they reside 15 points adrift from safety.

Everton are showing a serious interest in striker Liam Delap, who has a £30m release clause that will become active once Ipswich are relegated.

Delap has netted 12 times in the Premier League this season and many believe he will become Harry Kane’s successor for England.

So, quite clearly, if the Toffees manage to land his signature, it’d be a major coup for Moyes and his recruitment team.
