Wolves have now set their asking price for Fabio Silva this summer..
Wolves striker Fabio Silva is set to be the subject of speculation once again this summer.
The Portuguese youngster has been out on loan this season at Las Palmas – and it has been a productive spell.
Molineux officials had been looking to sell Fabio Silva in the last summer window, and it was something of a surprise when he only departed on loan.
Seemingly there were no suitable offers for Silva to leave permanently.
But this summer, Wolves could well field some offers, with Silva impressing at Las Palmas by scoring 10 goals and making three assists in 25 appearances.
And now, there is word of a potential asking price for the player.
He arrived at Molineux in the summer of 2020 with Wolves paying Porto just over £35 million.

That immediately put a spotlight on Silva – who’s suggested he didn’t particular want to move to Wolves – and brought about a kind of pressure that was always going to be difficult for a young player to handle.
Wolves will simply not be able to make that money back, given the player’s struggles before the current season.

But as per La Provincia, Wolves are hoping to sell Silva for around half of what they initially paid.
The Spanish publication say Wanderers will seek to sell for around £21 million.
Atletico Madrid may consider Fabio Silva bid
The 2025 summer window could well be the one that finally sees Silva leave Wolves permanently.
It has been touted for a couple of years now, but given the season he is having over in Spain, Wolves may feel they can finally sell for a decent price.
£21 million would be a good fee to receive given his previous struggles.

Atletico Madrid are said to be interested in Silva and we have seen the Spanish giants fork out big fees for strikers in the past.
Diego Simeone has already publicly praised Silva, so Atleti may well want to meet Wolves’ asking price.
That all said, Vitor Pereira will likely want a discussion with the player before any decision is taken. So, while very unlikely, Silva staying at Wolves cannot totally be ruled out.
