Four Luton Town players have been ruled out of the Premier League match against Everton.
Four Luton Town players are expected to miss the Premier League match against Everton at Goodison Park on Saturday (30 September).
Albert Sambi Lakonga, Dan Potts, Jordan Clark, and Gabriel Osho are all “ruled out” of Saturday’s match, according to injury expert Ben Dinnery on his website Premier Injuries (28 September).
According to Dinnery, former Everton players Ross Barkey and Thomas Lockyer have a 50% chance of missing the game against the Toffees.
Optimistic about another victory
Sean Dyche and his Everton players will be full of confidence heading into Saturday’s encounter at Goodison Park after impressive away victory at Brentford last weekend and now at Aston Villa in the EFL Cup on Wednesday (27 September).
After these two results, it appears that Dyche has finally got his team singing from the same hymn sheet, and the Toffees will face a Luton Town side that is missing several players and has yet to win in their newly promoted campaign.
Despite their poor form, with only one point from five games and three goals scored, Rob Edwards’ side will arrive at Goodison Park eager to play football.
This is the Premier League, and Everton cannot afford to be complacent in the slightest.
Dyche will not allow it, but he will have players in good form, including James Garner and Dominic Calvert-Lewin, who have both contributed significantly to some impressive victories this month.
Both players will enter Saturday’s game as vital Toffees players and two key elements in Everton perhaps securing their third consecutive win.
In other Everton news, the club is in a Premier League race to sign one of Brazil’s brightest young footballing talents, with a January exit now possible.
