Alongside Davante Adams, Maxx Crosby backs Antonio Pierce for the Raiders head coach position.
Regarding who will take over as the new head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders, nothing is certain yet. Nonetheless, Antonio Pierce has guided this team to numerous victories and upsets against teams that were thought to be superior to them. Davante Adams endorsed the Raiders’ interim head coach after they recently defeated the Kansas City Chiefs. Maxx Crosby now steps in to make sure he does his research, according to ESPN’s Paul Gutierrez.
In the entire world, there are just 32 head coaches. Thus, you must locate a leader among men. I don’t understand why you would let them go when you currently have one of them in the building. In five years, I’ve only made it to the playoffs once. We need to decide on our course of action going forward. I’m tired of losing and of change. My goal is to triumph. Regarding Raiders interim head coach Antonio Pierce, Maxx Crosby made a declaration.
Entering their season finale against the Denver Broncos, the Raiders currently have a seven-win record. They won’t make the playoffs, so this might not be ideal for them, but it might be sufficient. With his ability to maximize the team’s offensive and defensive units, Pierce has helped them win these significant games all season long.
The Raiders players were encouraged by all of these incredible accomplishments, especially the decisive victory over Patrick Mahomes’ Chiefs. Davante Adams endorsed Pierce in his own right. Will he receive more support for the Raiders’ long-term position as a result of all these testimonials?

Davante Adams Discusses the Improvements in Offense
Without a doubt, the Raiders offense saw ups and downs during the whole campaign.
The Raiders are ranked 29th in total offense—averaging 285.2 yards per game—23rd in passing—averaging 196.9 yards per game—17th in rushing—averaging 110.1 yards per game—and 17th in scoring—averaging 21.4 points per game—as the season approaches Week 18.
This week, Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams had the opportunity to address the media about the offensive advancements the team has made since starting in Week 1.
“I would just say the tenacity, the intention,” Adams said. “Obviously for the most part, guys want to go out and do the right thing, but it was just a little bit more intentional this year. A little bit more gritty up front, a little nastier. We took care of a lot of the issues that people were expecting to be a problem for us. We went out and handled it and made sure that they weren’t [issues] — or if they were before, the second time around, they were basically eliminated from the game. So, knowing that you’ve got to take a guy out of the way on defense, or whatever it is. And that’s another piece, our defense being as consistent as what they were this year. That’s one of the best defenses that I’ve gotten to play with. So, it’s exciting when you can be carried by your D and hopefully that won’t be the case moving forward, but it’s still exciting to know that they can go and hold it down for us.”
