Journalist thinks Wrexham’s Paul Mullin will have plenty of transfer interest after being frozen out..
Wrexham hero Paul Mullin has seen his future called into question on multiple occasions in 2025.
Paul Mullin had transfer interest in the 2025 winter window along with strike partner Ollie Palmer.
It came about following the arrivals of Sam Smith and Jay Rodriguez at the Racecourse Ground on January 31.
Since said duo moved to Wales, Wrexham’s long-time attacking duo have not played a single minute of league football.
This has led to suggestions that Mullin and Palmer could leave in the upcoming summer transfer window.
Now, one journalist has shared his opinion on the Liverpool-born Red Dragons striker.

Wrexham striker Paul Mullin will have summer transfer interest
Right now, the recently promoted side have a staggering seven different centre-forwards on their books.
There is also Sam Dalby, though he is yet to accept Wrexham’s contract offer and stands to leave as a free agent.
Despite having such a well-stocked frontline, more strikers, including Callum Robinson, are being linked.
Journalist Richard Sutcliffe has now shared his opinion on which players Wrexham should keep or let go in the coming window for The Athletic.
When doing so, he backed there to be ‘plenty of clubs interested’ in Mullin after he was frozen out in the second half of 2024/25.
However, he also suggested that the 30-year-old could benefit from staying at Wrexham and finally getting a proper pre-season under his belt.

Wrexham’s Paul Mullin plan.
Mullin has missed the start of the previous two campaigns due to injury issues.
It did not hinder his goal return in 2023/24, but could explain why his tally dropped off in the most recent season.
Regardless, Parkinson confirmed the plan for Mullin and Palmer last week, stating both will return for the club’s 2025 pre-season.
He said: “Mulls and Ollie will always be legends at this club for what they’ve done. They’re under contract next year and they’ll be back in pre-season ready to go again.”
