Final Injury Report for Vikings vs. 49ers Week 7: Cleveland Out; Evans & Nailor Questionable
EAGAN, Minnesota — The Vikings ruled out left guard Ezra Cleveland for Monday’s game against the 49ers at U.S. Bank Stadium on Saturday.
Cleveland suffered a foot injury against Chicago in Week 6 and was replaced by veteran Dalton Risner, who signed with Minnesota after the 2023 season began.
The injury will end Cleveland’s 45-game regular-season start run, which began on December 6, 2020 and was the longest among Vikings offensive lineman.
Cleveland had played all but three of Minnesota’s offensive snaps since then, including Sunday.
Cornerback Akayleb Evans (oblique) and receiver Jalen Nailor (hamstring) were both listed as questionable for Minnesota (2-4). As he prepares to return from Injured Reserve, Nailor is now in his 21-day evaluation period.
Pat Jones II (outside linebacker) did not receive an injury classification and is anticipated to play in the game.
Kickoff is set for 7:15 p.m. (CT) Monday at U.S. Bank Stadium.
The 49ers (5-1) have ruled out receiver Deebo Samuel (shoulder).
Trent Williams (ankle) was listed as questionable.
Christian McCaffrey (oblique) and Dre Greenlaw (hamstring) were both listed as questionable. After not practicing on Thursday or Friday, McCaffrey was classified as a limited participant on Saturday.
The 49ers’ other injured players, guard Aaron Banks (ankle), cornerback Isaiah Oliver (knee), and defensive back George Odum (quadriceps), were not designated.
