West Ham are widely recognized as having had one of the Premier League’s best summer transfer windows.
Journalists, journalists, and fans have praised Tim Steidten and David Moyes for how they used Declan Rice’s money.
Edson Alvarez, James Ward-Prowse, Konstantinos Mavropanos, and Mohammed Kudus were all signed for a fee of £122 million.

Some believe that playing Ward-Prowse, Alvarez, and Soucek against certain opponents is overly defensive.
And, while his final product needs to improve, Said Benrahma provides West Ham with a spark that is occasionally lacking when he is not in the lineup.
However, there is a way to balance the team and keep essential players in their natural places while integrating the newcomers.
And, while Soucek will be much missed, there will be plenty of games to go around.
This is how West Ham may use Bowen, Benrahma, and Brazil’s star Paqueta in the same lineup.
Alphonse Areola would play goal, with a back four of Emerson, Mavropanos, Kurt Zouma, and Vladimir Coufal.
Alvarez would be the third midfielder on the bench, behind Ward-Prowse and Paqueta.
And Benrahma would be on the left, with Kudus on the right and that guy Bowen in the middle.
Moyes has mentioned multiple times this season that he envisions Bowen playing as a striker more frequently. And he’s been fantastic in the lead part.
As he demonstrated in the Europa Conference League finals at Bournemouth, Brighton, Luton, and Liverpool.
It’s an offensive lineup with loads of speed and talent.
