Marco Silva agrees to join Saudi Pro League club
There have been whispers about Silva potential leaving Fulham at the end of the season, but many expected it to be for a top European club.
Tottenham Hotspur were looking at Silva to replace Ange Postecoglou, who is expected to leave the North Londoners in the summer.
But, surprisingly, it’s just emerged that the former Everton boss has agreed to join Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal.
The reigning champions have received the green light from Silva and will appoint him as their new manager if they can’t land their first choice.

Silva could bow out with Fulham record
Silva could be managing his final three games for Fulham and he has the chance to create history with the West Londoners.
Roy Hodgson achieved their record points total in the 2008/09 season, amassing 53 points to finish seventh.
Silva’s side are currently on 51 points, so they only need three more to break the record, although, they do have tough fixtures coming up.

According to talkSPORT, the Portuguese is understood to be one of the leading candidates for the Al-Hilal job, with Fulham believed to be preparing to receive an offer from the Middle Eastern outfit.
Nottingham Forest boss Nuno Espírito Santo and Inter Milan’s Simone Inzaghi are also believed to be potential options for Al-Hilal, who are a powerhouse in Saudi Arabia.
With Silva seemingly one of those who is in the frame for the job, the prospect of Fulham potentially needing to appoint a new manager this summer will surely have set the alarm bells ringing for Sheffield Wednesday, given that the Cottagers are one of the latest clubs to be credited with an interest in Danny Rohl.
