Moyes’ favorite £24 million West Ham player might yet go this summer.

West Ham United midfielder Pablo Fornals could yet leave the club this summer, with a Saudi offer still on the table.

Journalist Dean Jones provided an update on the Spanish attacker via Give Me Sport.

Although the English transfer market is still open, players are still leaving the Premier League.

Both the Turkish and Saudi transfer windows are still open for a little while longer.

Tottenham Hotspur have just traded Davinson Sanchez and Tanguy Ndombele to Galatasaray.

They are also attempting to sign players who Premier League clubs do not want to sell.

Mohamed Salah has the potential to become the flagship player in the Saudi Pro League, but Liverpool are unwilling to sell at the moment.

West Ham player Pablo Fornals could yet depart as Saudi Arabian clubs want to strengthen.

This season, the £24 million attacker has appeared in every Premier League games but has only started once.

David Moyes is a major supporter of the Spaniard, calling him a ‘fantastic’ player who he is unlikely to let go.

However, as demonstrated this summer, the money on offer in Saudi Arabia must be quite tough to refuse.

This summer, Fornals could yet depart West Ham.

Jones stated of the 27-year-old’s future, “I think the Fornals to Saudi deal will remain on the table for a little while.”

“It’s something West Ham will have to consider, not only whether they can afford to lose him, but also what he wants out of this season.”

“He needs to consider whether he wants to be a bit-part player or if he believes he can become something more.”

The possibility of Fornals leaving West Ham has lingered all summer.

There was discussion of a swap deal with Sevilla in which Youssef El-Nesyri would have moved to the London Stadium.

Real Betis were also interested at one point, but with European transfer windows closed, a move to Saudi Arabia now appears to be the most likely option.

It’s difficult to imagine West Ham letting Fornals go when they can’t find a successor.

With a Europa League campaign on the horizon, David Moyes will not want to further deplete his squad.
