Harrison Burrows, 22, is a left midfielder and left back.
Burrows, who attended Peterborough’s Academy, has played in over 150 first team games, including 36 in the Championship in 2021–2022, and has made 39 appearances thus far this season. Said to be a natural midfielder with quick reflexes for left-back defensive play, he is a good passer and forward even though he isn’t the fastest guy on the ground. Despite this, he is a fantastic baller who leads League One in assists (2009) and has scored four goals this season (6 in all competitions).
Posh have the option to extend his contract by another year even though it expires in the summer.
Midfielder Archie Collins, 24,
Collins joined Posh from Exeter in the summer of last year for an undisclosed fee. In 38 games, he has three goals and three assists. Described during his time at Exeter as “a versatile player who can play up front, just behind the striker, wide right, wide left or in central midfield,” he’s since settled into a more permanent role in the middle of the park at London Road. Collins is more of a busier midfield operator, an excellent reader of the game who snuffs out danger. Although he has a long ball in his locker, he is a tidy passer. He also understands the pitch quite well.

22-year-old defensive midfielder Hector Kyprianou is a right-footed center-back.
Former Tottenham Academy prospect Kyprianou signed a three-year contract with Posh in the summer of 2022 after leaving Leyton Orient for an undisclosed sum. This season, he has made 40 appearances and scored five goals. Standing at six feet four inches, he usually accepts the ball deep. He can finish on the edge of the penalty area for crosses and is excellent at holding onto the ball under duress. He is a tall boy who is very helpful with sets. made his center-back debut in Cyprus last season, marking Erling Haaland.
During the final week of the January transfer window, Watford attempted to sign him. His contract expires in 2025.
Ronnie Edwards, a 20-year-old center back
Edwards, who joined Peterborough in the summer of 2020 for an undisclosed fee, has made 124 appearances overall in all competitions for the team. This season, he has played in 36 games. He’s a ball-playing defender who is regarded as outstanding when it comes to the ball and whose defensive play has also improved leaps and bounds. Capped by the England Under-20 team, he would fit right in with City’s vibe.
