Exhibition World Bahrain has been awarded the title of “World’s Leading New Exhibition and Convention Centre 2023” at the World Travel Awards 2023.

The award was presented to Dr. Nasser Qaedi, CEO of Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA), at the World Travel Awards 2023 Grand Final Gala Ceremony, which took place on December 1, 2023, at the Burj Al Arab in Dubai, UAE, in the presence of HE Philip Joseph Pierre, Prime Minister of Saint Lucia, tourism ministers, and travel elites from around the world.
Exhibition World Bahrain received the most votes, earning the internationally recognized award from Bharat Mandapam in India and Tkina Wellington Convention and Exhibition Centre in New Zealand. Exhibition World Bahrain (EWB), which will open in November 2022, is the Middle East’s newest exhibition and convention center and the largest in the Kingdom of Bahrain. She claimed the person had no clinical background or expert vaccine knowledge and appeared to be spreading misinformation.
According to her, the data appeared to have been anonymized, and no personal information was believed to have been compromised thus far.

Te Whatu Ora discovered the breach on Thursday morning via an email sent by the individual.
She stated that the data had been removed from the overseas website and that an Employment Relations Authority injunction had prevented it from being published elsewhere.
“In addition, a police report has been filed, an employment investigation is underway, and the individual is no longer employed.”

Over the weekend, a Te Whatu Ora team worked with other agencies such as the National Cyber Security Centre, the police, the Department of Internal Affairs, and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner to address the breach.
Apa stated that advice and support had also been provided to some individual pharmacies and vaccination sites identified in an early video published in relation to unauthorised disclosure and misuse of data.
