The 27-year-old has returned to his previous club after clearing his medical after the Potters were demoted to the English second division.

Stoke City has officially announced Badou Ndiaye’s loan move to Turkish Super Lig team Galatasaray.

The Senegal international, who cost £14 million to sign with the Potters, left the Yellow-Reds on January 31. He played in 14 league games and scored twice.

He was unable to prevent the Bet365 Stadium team from falling to the Championship, though, as they had only 33 points from 38 games in the previous season, good for 19th place.

The midfield player’s temporary transfer to his previous team was finalized, the Potters announced on Tuesday.

A statement from the club website stated, “Badou Ndiaye has today re-joined Galatasaray on loan from Stoke City for the remainder of the 2018/19 season.”
“The 27-year-old Senegalese international has played in 14 league games for the Club since joining the Potters from the Turkish side in January.”

On loan from Everton, Badou will play alongside Nigerian international Henry Onyekuru and Algerian striker Sofiane Feghouli.

When the team plays Trabzonspor on Saturday, the midfielder might make his debut for the team in the 2018–19 campaign.
